I prefer the Pinoys over Indians. I hired bunch of Indians and they trend to over promise and never delivers. It's funny that some of them (Indians) would even lie to you that their father/mother or sister was admitted to hospital and they didn't have time to complete the assignments in time.

I have had very bad experience with Indian workers and I'm surprised to see that you have found one that is reliable. Pinoys, on the other hand, are honest, hard working and even if it means that they're going to work overtime without getting paid for the extra hours--they will get the work done and submitted on time.

Everyone might have a different view on this, but I'll never hire another Indian again.

I definitely understand your need and desire to outsource, but I think to have someone pausing campaigns and so forth you either need to train them in person or be dealing with some kind of campaign management firm.

As you mentioned to @JT, the problem is that if someone really knows what they are doing they could easily horn in on your profits by running matching campaigns of their own.

Good luck with your search,
Danger

Hi Justin - I have a great selection of VAs from the Philippines. I hire about 1 in every 125 applicants. I aggressively screen, test, and train every one of them. As a VA service, I do all the HR stuff for you. Because I pay employees well, and am equally picky about the clients I take on, I've had great success with matching employees and clients. I'm glad to see that you understand the benefits of working with outsourced employees. Though my team can't do 500 - 1000 words an hour (unless they are editing content that is produced by software), we do offer quality, unique content. We offer sample articles and will let you test the service for free. Call me at 877-241-2488, DM me at @virtualhires, or email me at rosemary@virtualhires.com.

@Martin - Which is why you get 2 - 3. A smart VA could handle that shit on his own, just not a ton of volume.

@JT - I don't think I want another affiliate looking at all my data. Someone who is more willing to work in the security of having a wage is better. I do a lot of PPV now, but also some other things.

Will you accept affiliates to be your VA?

I might be interested... I'm some experience with PPV... from the terms you used, it sounds like you're doing PPV...
