Affiliate marketing is easy when you're profitable, hard when you're bank is bleeding what little money you have. I spent a year working and learning, building websites, running campaigns until one week I got the right combination of factors in place and I went from basically broke, living with my brother to $86k during the next 3 weeks. My story is the exception but it just goes to show the insane volatility of the industry. I compare affiliate marketing to the 49ers. Not the football team, the men who traveled to California in droves to find their riches in gold. They would stay out in the streams for hours and days and weeks, slowly gathering tiny nuggets of gold until one day they find a beast of a vein go skipping to the bank.

Affiliate marketing is hard, mental work.

I'm with you Justin…but its also just as easy to blow a lot of cash without any profit. I think only a selected few can turn it around that quickly.

How in the hell do you get to $100 days in a week with just 15 hr days? What process are you following? Please email me with a link or something, because that's a really high number. (for me )

It took me 2 months to reach $500 day, after that it got higher easier. It's definitely harder than everyone thinks.

Good blog, affiliate marketing is a lot of work but if you invest the time into making money. And actually put forth the effort you will eventually make some good money. The amount of money you will inevitably make will be primarily based on your effort, your products you are selling make sure there quality products. and traffic levels make sure your getting some decent traffic to your website, articles, or blogs… When you meet this criteria you'll be raking in the money in no time!

I put in the equivalent of 15 hour days for two years before I had my first $100 day. I reckon I'm a bit slower than the rest ;) but I had to learn basic html even. I don't think the game is that easy.
