Sorry Curt,

I really shouldn't have grouped them together under the same header, but when I said stay away from these types of offers, I meant just email/zip submits.

For any person wanting to give a shot a PPV traffic, I say start with lead gens as the second paragraph in that group goes through.

You recommend staying far away from Lead Gens/Email/Zip Submits, indicate Rebill Offers are not noob friendly for the PPV amateur, and describe Sale Offers as being kind of a long shot. Just exactly where do you suggest a beginner start?

Justin and anyone else interested, I have a URL scraper that I am letting a limited number of people beta test. I've been using it for some time in my contextual marketing and I am trying to polish up before I release it to the public. Right now it will let you scrape up to 500 URLs based on the search terms entered and export them to a CSV. It will also display Compete.com rankings and traffic estimates for each of the URLs. Lastly it will allow you to "explode" the initial search by running all of the URLs through Quantcast and finding even more related sites. Contact me on my contact page if you would like to beta test the software and willing to give feedback.

If you're doing CPS aff progs, you might want to tag a bonus in the pop, together with your aff link.

Eg: popping over a dummies book and giving an extra workbook that compliments the product will lift conversions 20% easily.

If you're doing something in the bestsellers list and your bonus is pretty sweet, the campaign can have long legs for a long time to come.

I'm not nearly as knowledgeable with PPV as Justin but perhaps I can offer some insight. I mean sure maybe your dating offer was not converting very well but the problem I see in that situation is that they are already on a dating site and have already found the "solution" to their problem. I would think that targeting other niches where you think people are lonely or have trouble finding/meeting girls would be better. Good luck!

Nice guides so far. Looking forward to you telling us how to target. That seems to be where I fail. I ran a dating offer targeting dating personal sites and couldn't get any leads.
