This post is a little late… alright, nearly 5 months late. However, setting your goals and letting them be known is a major step to actually completing them. I’ll blog some more on goal-setting in the not so far off future, but for now let’s just get down to my goals and how I plan to obtain them.

Generate $15,000 of profit in one month, and do so consistently.

I’ve had an excellent first year of affiliate marketing. I’ve made more money than I’ve ever made at any job, and its more than I’d make even if I’d just graduated from college. However, my profits have been trickling due to several misconceptions I’ve had about Internet marketing. My referral commissions which used to net me several thousands of dollars a month are gone due to networks completely wiping them out. Old campaigns are starting to drop the ROI, and many have had the offer wiped across all networks. Click costs are soaring and unique traffic is harder and harder to find.

I plan to obtain these kinds of profits by expanding business into other niches of Internet marketing not only with social media and search PPC, but with prominent SEO-built sites, media buys, list development and other tactics. This will include more work, and I will attempt to put in at least 8 hours of work a day during weekdays, and 5 hours a day on weekends. This goal should be obtainable by the end of August.

Get noticeable abs and pectoral muscle growth

I’ve been a skinny twig my whole life. I’ve just hit the end of my fast metabolism streak that’s kept me skinny, and within the last few months I’ve noticed considerable chub growing around my stomach. It’s time to turn that into muscle.

I plan to build muscle by going to the gym at least 5 times a week. I will go at midnight every weekday (assuming I’m not out partying at some hotspot) and train for 45 minutes to 1 hour. I’ve been doing this on and off for the past couple months and have seen considerable results, and have even seen light ab muscles start to bulge out. I’m no muscle or weight-training genius, so I have no idea how much muscle mass is healthy for me to build. I will consider this goal reached when someone says “Wow… hot abs.” This should be obtainable within 3 months.

Become famous in Thailand

Ever since I was dating that Thai superstar, I was always jealous of the attention she would get. She would get to meet new people every day, take sexy photos, and get invited to exclusive party and club nights while I had to sit on my ass excluded from everything. Hell, sometimes I couldn’t even admit to people that I was her boyfriend! I don’t want to be that guy again. I wanna party with the rich and famous, too!

The hardest part of this goal will be actually getting through the door. I need to look my best, which is why I’m building up my muscles and also visiting skin doctors every week to take care of my acne. I’m a white guy and I can speak Thai fluently which helps me out tons. The lighter the skin, the better seems to be the motto in Thai Hollywood. What’s next is I need to get a portfolio of images shot and send that off to a bunch of agencies and to all the connections I made with my ex. I’ll try to hit up some casting calls, impress some people and that should lead to my entry to the world of [Thai] superstardom! Hopefully, this will come sooner than later, but some contracts may delay this. I want to be there by the end of this year.

Other than that, I don’t really have any other major goals I would like to achieve. There are things I want to do, places I want to go, and things I want to buy, but due to the economic instability around the world, I’d much rather keep my money on hand and in savings and keep it around so I can enjoy the finer things in life now and in the future.
