I’ve finally decided to start work on that Facebook Ads ebook I said I’d make months ago, but never got to. No, I’m not currently advertising on Facebook, but since I’ve been banned, not much has changed other than a stupid, confusing in-beta interface change. If I need to, and I probably will eventually, I will get back on Facebook Ads. So here is what I’ve been brainstorming so far on what will be included in this package:
- What is Facebook Ads?
- Facebook Ads Background
- How to Get Started
- What Campaigns To Run?
- Research Tools
- Brand Advertising
- Affiliate Advertising
- CPL vs CPS Advertising
- Facebook Ads Targeting Variables
- Age, Sex, Marital Status, Workplace, Location, Keywords, Etc
- CPC vs. CPM Bidding
- Facebook Quality Score
- Likes and Xs
- Facebook Ad Board
- Case Studies
- Free Keyword Lists
- Free Image Packages
- Free +Paid Facebook Ad Tools
What am I missing? Does anyone want to help collaborate? Does anyone want to help me set up a case study? What absolutely needs to be in this product? Can anyone help me gather good sources of information, blog posts, news coverage, etc. I’m a very proficient researcher and capable writer (just ask my professors that told me I should publish my finals), but any help I can get on this would be awesome!
No word on how much it will cost or if I’ll just hand it out free, but don’t bet on it. It will be very thorough, and probably publishable. Plus, if you can’t afford 50-ish bucks for something that helps you get ahead of the crowd, you probably shouldn’t be advertising on Facebook anyways.

I can help you sell on Warrior Forum where your main audience will be – like it or not.
I’ve got a very established Warrior Forum account.

…not as established as Wagenheim though! LOL!

Hey Just,
How about possibly adding:
“Networks to Use”
“When to Ditch a Niche”
“Spying on the Competition”
“Scaling Up for Max Profits”
And Finally, “How to move a successful FB campaign to other platforms so you DON’T put all your eggs in ONE basket!”
Peace,
Ken

Hey Justin, I would love to help you with your e-book. You got me started on facebook advertising and because of your suggestion, I am on EWA and got the facebook ad plugin.
I would suggest to put some of your referral links for networks. Maybe tackle some verticals like the dating niche and mobile for tweens in your ebook probably?
Please hit me back at my email to discuss more.

How bout a detailed way of scaling up a successful campaign. Also a pitfall section, such as common mistakes or barriers.
If your serious about this I think you should def charge a higher price for it. Whatever you decide you have my “monies”. Your advice and posts have already helped me a bunch.
You could even do a membership site with a private forum for q&a

I guess LPs would be part of the affiliate or even branding conversation but worth adding unless I missed it. Sure you would have some excellent insights there.

I’m dying to have a bash at Facebook, seems like a huge potential if gone about right – but I don’t have a credit card =/ Should really apply for one!

What about a section called “Blackhat Techniques” or “Gaming Facebook”. A section like this would be cool.
