A couple days ago I posted about Facebook over-reporting clicks. Now, I think I’ve experienced it!
Hmm… My tracking stats are on the bottom compared to the campaign on the top. I show 1/4th the clicks that Facebook does. I think they might just have some explaining to do! Anyone else see something this dramatic before? (picture moved to the bottom of post due to the ads in the post getting in the way). I’m just too lazy and upset to write much more here so here is some filler…. fiiiiiiiiiiiiiiilllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll

This story (should I write scandal) really takes my trust in the Facebook Ad system away. Does your tracking system filter by IP maybe? I guess Facebook woud not be filtering their numbers by IP address…
@ Sam – I don't know what could be happening. I got a few other people saying that there are bots running just clicking all the ads, but no one's ever seen a discrepancy this big before.
Hehehe make sure to post an update to this!!! Curious to see what happens.
Were those stats from UK ads? I only seem to notice an over reporting for my UK ads
