My designer simply makes many more landing pages than I can stand to build campaigns for so I put up the ones I opt not to use, and I don't dump things up there I think are crap - I have my own system of weeding things out instead of selling BS for an extra 5 bucks a day. However, they are made by my designer who has given me a lot of really well performing landing pages. In the end, conversion rates aren't all up to the design. Ad copy, copy layout, targeting, and offer... these all probably play a more important role (assuming you don't have a landing page designed with crayons) in the whole picture than the design.
