I'm sure Google wants to cover their butt as much as possible. Up until now you could pretty much advertise anything you wanted and Google would simply give you a slap on the wrist if they caught you doing something against their TOS. Afterall, they were making money from it too. They are laying the smack down on some people it seems now. I am wondering if only affiliates have received this email. What about merchants who advertise?
