It’s been way too long since I’ve posted anything. Sorry, but I’ve been looking at life and seeing how shit boring it has been for me over the past 4 months.
I’ve been so focused on work that I haven’t left time to really take care of other things in my life: myself, friends, and family. I’ve let myself fall apart the past semester I was in school. I didn’t really open up to many people in class (if I even went), I’ve been eating junk-shit food and many days skipping food altogether (I’m overweight now, though), and I just kinda look like crap. My social life outside of Hi5 and Facebook is pretty non-existent. I live in the center of Bangkok, but I was lucky to go out once a week. I’ve also haven’t kept in good touch with my family in America, which is probably disappointing to my family.
So, for those of you who are excited about Internet marketing, you should be. It is a great way to make cash, and make big cash in a short amount of time. However, it can steal away a lot of time you would normally spend with others or having fun. I kinda forgot about that and just threw it all away. Whats the point of all this cash with nothing or no one to spend it on. You can buy yourself stuff, but there is only so much you can get and it’ll probably just bore the shit out of you.
So, at the start of the new semester earlier this month, I put my blog on hold, spent less time building out campaigns, and prepared myself to open myself up to new people and doing new things. I’ve met a ton of great people in school and never have to sit alone in a class again. I met my lovely girlfriend in one of my classes (who just happens to be a pretty popular singer here) and she along has opened doors for me by introducing me to many other people and celebrities. She’s even hooking me up with a modeling agent which might become a second source of cash/fun for me. Because of this, I’ve decided I should probably take better care with my image, so I’ve started working out and visiting skin doctors to take care of my never-ending acne.
You just can’t overwork yourself to the point that you are ending relationships and not taking care of yourself. The money is nice, but I now know the fun is so much better, even at the cost of some profit you could be making with every hour of work.
Here’s the happy new couple:

If you don’t mind putting up with a language you probably don’t understand, you can go watch her MV on Youtube. She’s actually got a really nice voice: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5omCbTuIo8I

I LOVE Thailand.
I was there for 2 months in Oct and Nov 2008. Mainly Bangkok, though I visited Lop Buri and did a visa run to Cambodia.
I’ve been doing affiliate marketing full-time since 2007, and I’ve always been cooped up in my room. I was getting pretty unproductive, complacent, lazy, and my campaigns were failing. I needed a change of environment to get my affiliate marketing juices flowing. So I packed my bags and went off to Bangkok. Business has picked up nicely since then.
Nice gf you got there. I spotted many hotties in Bangkok. And I’m not talking hookers. Even the typical Thai students I see at the malls look hot. Suay maak.

Congrats Justin – every successful person has to go through the same “aha” moment you did and it’s good to see you get on it at such a young age. All the best in ‘09.
