You want questions? I've got all you need. I am very new at this and, like you, I am trying to build a business not only with my own affiliate marketing, but by helping businesses who have websites but don't know what to do with them find the traffic they want.
So I will trickle questions to you until you beg for mercy.

Let's start with shared hosting:
You suggest WiredTree and, from the research I have done they are competitively priced and their customer satisfaction seems second to none (yes, I am a real person with real questions and not a mole for Mr. Dupre.)
What exactly am I getting for my $45-90/mo on the managed VPS account and what do I do with it? Is it better to start with a managed server rather than a VPS or is that something I can correct as needed down the road?

I'm giving away my level of inexperience here, but so be it. I want to learn.
Right now I am using a landing page generator supplied by an Anthony Morrison affiliation. This was an easy(?) way to get started (his answer to what he feels is the biggest hurdle to the newbie marketer - building a website) but it is very limiting, structured, and quirky and the help is hard to come by when you have questions (you can't go to the help section that is on the site - they're not the ones that help with that program????)
So tell me - after I get WiredTree as my server, what would be the next step for a newbie like me who would be starting from scratch.

I've been seeing people post ridiculous CTRs on facebook, with a lot of volume. Is the secret targeting only one or two keywords that have volume? Also, what's the best way to get high CTR while going CPM?

What is your opinion on using Google Content Network, and what would you consider as “good results” (when it comes to CTR and conversion rate)?

Did you have any success with the Content Network?
