I’ve been seeing people post ridiculous CTRs on facebook, with a lot of volume. Is the secret targeting only one or two keywords that have volume? Also, what’s the best way to get high CTR while going CPM?

You don’t find the best way get a high CTR while on CPM… lols… you’re gonna lose a ton of $$$… you had better know the best way to get high CTR before you’re on CPM; ie, while you’re bidding CPC.
