My first thread of Ask Away questions went very well. I am now starting a second post to help get the questions rolling in again and the blog posts going. (I’ve put my PPV guide on pause and I really don’t know what to write about. I’m all out of ideas!)
You can ask any question related to me, internet marketing, business, Thailand, Asian women (haha) or anything else you’d like my insight from. Each question will be answered with an individual blog post to make sure each question is answered as thoroughly as possible.
All I ask of you is to type out your question in the comments below, or contact me. It’s that easy! Send in your question now. First questions get first dibs on answers. Let’s get this rolling!

Hey Justin Im clueless about the whole landing page server/hosting, and simply everything having to do with supporting sending clicks to your page and keeping it from going down.
I read your review about WireTree(sp?) and is this something I just need to dive into and learn on the go or what ?
Hey justin, where can I find a php script for a "this offer experies on December 21 , 1200 pm" script? One that just puts the date a day ahead to rush the customer… Would appreciate it
Hey Justin… I lived in Phuket last year, it was great, would like to head back. If I can ask, how have you structured your banking/business while being in Thailand. Speaking with some expats, they say that it's best to get the money wired to a branch in Bangkok (Siam Commercial) and then access the funds in Phuket vs. setting up at a branch in Phuket.
Any insight on doing this would be great.
How did you get such an amazing tag sphere? I LOVE IT
What advertising method do you prefer the most (excluding the fact of being banned on some), just in general – ppc, ppv, etc… What are the main reasons for choosing one over another? Which source would be your favorite one in each of the methods (such as adwords for ppc, etc)?
At last, what is your favorite lead generation method? Product landing pages, review sites, iframes, etc? If different for each campaign, can you provide some examples of why you chose one over another on a certain campaign? Don't need to give up the sources, but would be great if you could share some info from the past non-active ones… :)
Thanks.
What has been your focus and maintraffic source since leaving Facebook?

Have you gone back to FB on the DL?
Hey Justin,
how do you design landing pages for PPV? Big presell-pages or just big banners with strong call to action? You do not have too much space in ~800×600 px. Do you design different pages for PPV and FB?
Hi Justin, hi everybody.
I've got so much respect for your work Justin, you perform so well and you're really helpful. Please keep that humble and nice attitude, it's not usual in the affiliate world ;)
So enough ass licking (hope that expression has the same meaning in US as in France :D)
My question : When you write a copywriting : Do you use a framework or something ? For example :
1/ Express the main proble of the audience
2/ Bring the main solution with value
3/ Explain why you're credible to bring the solution (describe the team, the engineers who worked on the products, why competitors make it worst…)
4/ Reassure with customer testimonials, success of the company that brings the product, media reports…
…
?

Hey Justin,
thanks for taking our questions.
How many different ad variations do you usually have running at the same time for a particular demographic?
How often do you upload new ads? What do you do with the old ones? Do you delete them all or leave those with the best CTR still running, even though they may suffer from banner blindness?
Thanks!

strongly considering a move to Thailand. wondering, what kind of roadblocks have you had to overcome and how do you do it when it comes to affiliate marketing – meaning, do you need to work with US proxies to access affiliate networks? do you have any trouble working on different traffic sources because you are in thailand? Do you pay taxes on your earnings to the Thai or US gov't? or both? do you keep a US bank and transfer money to a thai bank?
Any rules you have to follow for having an employee in thailand? thanks for the help Justin!
Shawns, I can give you some tips about living in Thailand. Though I live in Thailand only a few months in a year but I am doing it for a long time.
1. As a US citizen you have to pay US taxes no matter where you live, unless you pay more taxes than the assessed US tax in the country where you live. If you pay less, you have to pay the difference. There is no escape from that unless you hide it.
2. When in Thailand, never say that you are working in Thailand. It is against the law to work (even aff marketing) without a work permit. So, don't brag in the bar. You never know who is going to report. Lots of jealous farangs (foreigners) are there. And in Thailnad, police has the right to search your apartment without a warrant. Not like the US or Western Europe.
3. I have an account in Kasikorn bank and I transfer money from my US PayPal account to Kasikorn account. It takes 7 days. When I'm in Thailand, I also use US issued ATM card in any ATM machine. ATM machines are available in remote Thai towns also. So, there is no problem.
4. As I stay in Thailand for a few months in a year only, my biggest roadblock is high speed internet. However, if you're a 12-month resident, you can subscribe to high speed internet (I think up 16MBPS right now). But I am not sure about the speed for US connection from Thailand. Justin can tell you about that.
5. You can incorporate a Business in Thailand but it is a big hassle unless you're a big corporation like Intel, Seagate, Honda, etc.
6. I have dedicated US Windows server, and I log into my server using Remote Desktop Connection and worked from there. So, to US sites, it appears that I am in the USA
