I was browsing through some Twitter updates on my TweetDeck (you honestly shouldn’t be using any other Twitter app on your desktop), and I read over a tweet from @jasperp thanking @affbuzz for the love on his website. Intrigued enough, I browsed through @affbuzz’s profile to see their website AffBuzz. AffBuzz is approprietly short for Affiliate Buzz, and the website is a big affiliate marketing news aggregator. If you’re familiar with Guy Kawaski‘s website, Alltop, you’ll notice it takes the same concept and puts it to work.

There are over 50 sites RSS feeds listed on the this one page. Sites featured are some bigger sites ranging from ShoeMoney to Nickycakes, affiliate network blogs, and even some of the smaller guys like me have a spot. Wickedfire‘s RSS feed has even been pulled letting you see which topics are a hot subject at the time. As more affiliate marketing blogs are discovered, I’m sure they’ll list them on there as well. You can also suggest a site if you know a marketing site or blog that isn’t listed.

While its still in its infancy (only 1 week old), they’ve done a nice job aggregating all of this data into one spot. I feel it’s better than hunting through Google Reader to find exactly what I want. One thing I would like to see is a better way of sorting through or seperating each seperate feed. Something like an Ajax’d tab list that seperates affiliate’s, network’s, ad platform’s, and pure make money online (John Chow) blogs would be nice. Maybe even the ability to hide feeds you don’t care about could be integrated.
